Affiliate Program Policy

1. Introduction

This Affiliate Program Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions for participating in the BionicWP Affiliate Program (“Program”). By participating in the Program, you agree to adhere to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and any other applicable guidelines or policies.

2. Eligibility

2.1. To be eligible for the Program, you must have an active BionicWP account and agree to our Terms of Service.

2.2. We reserve the right to reject applications for any reason, including but not limited to websites or content that promote hate, discrimination, or illegal activities.

2.3 Sites already a part of another account or site transfers ( from one BionicWP account to another ) aren’t eligible for Affiliate Commissions.

2.4 An affiliate can not sign up with another account to earn an affiliate commission, doing so can lead to a permanent ban from our affiliate program.

2.5  Customers that are a part of discounted pricings from BionicWP may or may not be eligible for Affiliate Programs. Please reach out to us if you think you are one of them.

3. Affiliate Commissions

3.1. As an affiliate, you will earn a commission for each qualifying sale referred to BionicWP through your unique affiliate link.

3.2. Commissions are paid out based on the terms outlined in the affiliate agreement.

4. Payouts

4.1. Payouts will be made in accordance with the schedule specified in your affiliate agreement. We will hold your commission for 90 days after the customer purchases a plan, to account for our 90-day cancellation period.

4.2. Commissions will be paid in your preferred payment method (e.g., PayPal or bank transfer), provided you meet the minimum payout threshold.

5. Promotional Guidelines

5.1. As an affiliate, you must promote BionicWP in a truthful and ethical manner.

5.2. You may not engage in any deceptive or fraudulent activities when promoting BionicWP.

5.3. You must disclose your affiliate relationship and provide a clear disclaimer on your website or marketing materials.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in spam, trademark infringement, or any other illegal or unethical activities.

6.2. Affiliates may not bid on branded keywords associated with BionicWP or use trademarked names in domain names.

7. Termination

7.1. BionicWP reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Program for any violation of this Policy or our Terms of Service.

8. Changes to the Program

BionicWP reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Affiliate Program or this Policy at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

BionicWP will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program.

10. Agreement

By participating in the BionicWP Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Policy and our Terms of Service.
