How does billing work?

  • On the 5th of every month, your primary card will be charged for your invoice amount.
  • If your primary card fails, we will immediately try your secondary card if available. If that fails you will receive an email about your invoice that is past due and your account will be considered delinquent and we will suspend your site on the 5th.
  • On the 6th we will try your card again and if its fails we will send an email about the failed invoice.
  • On the 7th we will try your card again and if its fails we will send an email about the failed invoice.
  • On the 10th your site will be deleted.
