How does billing work?

  • Your billing day in our system is the day of the month when you launched your site, your primary card will be charged for your invoice amount on the billing day.
  • If your primary card fails, we will immediately try your secondary card (if available).
  • On the 3rd day, we will try your card again and if it fails we will send an email about the failed invoice.
  • On the 6th day, we will do a 3rd attempt to try to charge your card and if it fails again we will send an email about the failed invoice.
  • On the 9th day, we will do a final attempt and if the payment fails, your account will be considered delinquent and your site will be deleted.
