Generating and Customizing Whitelabel Reports in BionicWP

BionicWP offers a robust whitelabel reports feature that not only delivers essential insights but also provides
extensive customization options. This guide takes you through the process of generating and tailoring these
reports to suit your unique brand while gaining profound insights into your website’s performance.

Our whitelabel reports stand out for their:

How to Generate and Personalize Whitelabel Reports:

  1. Log In to BionicWP: Access the BionicWP dashboard using your unique credentials.
  2. Navigate to All Sites: From the left sidebar, choose “All Sites” to view the list of hosted
    sites.
  3. Choose the Site: Select the specific site for which you want to generate a report.
  4. Enable Reports: Scroll down on the site details page and find the “Site Reports” section.
    Activate the reports by clicking on “Enable Reports.”
  5. Tailor Report Settings: In the ensuing pop-up, set the schedule cycle (weekly or monthly).
    Personalize your report by adding your agency name.
  6. Upload Your Logo: Enhance brand visibility by uploading your agency’s logo.
  7. Select Colors: There are 4 colors available, you can hover over them to see which color is primary or secondary…
    Set the “Primary Color” for the report sidebar and overall theme.
    Specify “Primary Text Color” for text throughout the report.
    Define “Secondary Color” for accent colors in the report iconography.
    Set “On-Primary Text Color” for text on the sidebar with the primary color.

  8. Customize Report Sections: Handpick the specific information you want to include in your
    reports.
  9. Save and Confirm: Save your tailored settings and review the changes

Note: Once you Schedule the report, it will be sent over depending on your schedule set ( monthly or weekly ) from the day it is scheduled. To generate a report for previous dates, see below.

To get custom reports, click on the three dots and select Create report:

You can select the Start and End date to generate a report:

To view Archive of already generated reports, select “View Archive”:

You can download or send the report to your email in the archive:
