This groundbreaking capability not only revolutionizes the way our product is personalized but also serves as a catalyst for fostering business growth through our comprehensive suite of services.

Below is the guide to Activate White-label, and features related to it.

Activate Your White-labeling Feature:

You’ll find a new “Whitelabel” option added to the side navigation bar.

After accessing this module, you’ll find the following screen that allows you to activate whitelabeling of your platform.

Once you click on the Activate button, a pop-up form appears that consists of all the necessary information needed to activate white-label. The form looks like the picture attached below.

Now it is crucial to know, what are these fields in the form and their working.

This name is considered to be the name of your company, and will populate everywhere on the portal that makes it the crucial element for a personalized and branded experience.

By portal domain, we mean the domain on which the user will point to their white-labeled portal. In order to ensure that the domain works fine, user have to follow the instruction given in the form.

  • Copy the CNAME given at the top of the form and Add it into the Registrar setting. For quick reference you can read this article on how to add CNAME records.

The parent domain is basically a subset of your main domain, it will auto fetch the subset once you put a domain in the portal domain.
For example: the subset of “Agency.bionicwp.com” is “Bionicwp.com” that is why it is called the parent domain.

Reason to use the parent domain is solely for email purposes, if a user wants emails to be sent from their specified email to their customers. They have to add the parent domain. And then email will be sent from Noreply@yourparentdomain.com. Otherwise emails will not function.

Dev Domain

This domain will be used to launch the development sites, with your specified domain. For instance, if you add myagency.com in the dev domain. The dev sites will launch like sitename.myagency.com.
This is a crucial step for the customization process, and will help you to provide your branding to the customers while launching sites.

Upload Logo

Logo always keeps an immense significance in the branding process of the business, Logo is the symbol of your product. Here you can upload your desired logo and it will populate everywhere throughout the platform.

Favicon Upload

Here you can upload your favicons, and it will populate in the browser.

Create Plan

Plan is the product that gets listed in the stripe for the purchase, You can add any plan and your desired price and map it against our Bionic plans. There are two probable reason for this

  1. To implement simultaneous billing, so that when the WL agency charges his/her users, we charge them concurrently according to our mapped plan.
  2. The second reason is to handle a case, that if any WL agency uses an account just to enable White-labeling and we do not have any plan. Users will not be able to launch sites without any plan in the list. That makes it necessary.

Billing Method

A Billing method will be added here, that will be used to charge the WL customers. Users can add any valid billing card. The major reason for this Billing Method is to ensure that the WL customers get billed seamlessly and the agency doesn’t need a subscription to enable White-label. We use this billing method to charge them against their customers.
